By booking with 5 Star Rides, you’re agreeing to the terms below. Please take a minute to read through them before your ride. Questions? Call (903) 424-9740 or email info@AtlantaBlackCarLimo.com.

1. Who We Are

5 Star Rides has been running black car and limo service out of Atlanta since 2010. We handle airport runs, corporate trips, weddings, group outings, you name it – if it’s a private ride, we can probably help.

2. Booking

You can book through our website or just call us directly. Make sure the details you give us are right – pickup spot, drop-off, date, time, and how many people are riding. If something’s off because the info we got was wrong, that’s on the customer, not us.

Once we lock in your booking, you’ll get a text or email confirming everything. Like most car services, we can’t guarantee a specific vehicle until it’s actually confirmed – availability matters here.

3. Payment

We need payment up front when you book, unless we’ve worked out something different with you ahead of time. Credit cards work fine, and cash can be arranged for some trips, too. The name on the card should generally match the person who made the booking.

Pricing depends on distance, time, the vehicle you pick, and whether there are extra stops along the way. Tolls, parking, long wait times, or late-night trips might add to the cost – we’ll try to give you a heads up when we can, but please ask ahead if you’re not sure.

4. Cancelling or Changing a Ride

Plans change, we get it. Cancel more than 24 hours before your pickup, and you’ll get your money back, no problem. Inside that 24-hour window, though, refunds usually aren’t available.

No-shows get treated like late cancellations – the full fare still applies. On our end, if we have to cancel a ride (vehicle breakdown, scheduling issue, whatever), we’ll refund you or get you rebooked, whichever works better for you.

5. Waiting Time

For airport pickups, we keep an eye on your flight and adjust pickup timing if it’s delayed, plus we build in extra time for baggage. For everything else, there’s a 15-minute grace period built into the schedule.

After 15 minutes, if we haven’t heard from you, we may have to call it a no-show, and the regular charges kick in. Waiting beyond the grace period can also get billed at our normal hourly rate.

6. What We Ask of Riders

A few basic things while you’re in the car:

  • Be respectful toward the chauffeur and the vehicle itself
  • Buckle up – it’s the law, and it’s just safer
  • No illegal drugs in the car, ever
  • No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle
  • Keep things at a level where the driver can focus on the road
  • If you’re bringing kids, let us know ahead of time so we can sort out the right car seat or booster

If someone’s behavior becomes a safety issue for the driver, other passengers, or themselves, the chauffeur has the right to end the trip. There’s no refund in that situation.

7. Vehicle Damage

You’re on the hook for damage that happens during your ride – stains, rips, burns, anything beyond what you’d call normal wear and tear. Cleaning or repair costs get charged based on what it actually takes to fix the issue. If someone gets sick in the vehicle, expect a cleanup fee.

8. Lost Items

Double-check the car before you head off – phones, wallets, bags, all of it. We’re not responsible for things left behind, but if a chauffeur finds something, we’ll reach out and figure out how to get it back to you. Depending on the situation, there might be a small fee if we need to deliver it.

9. Substitute Vehicles

We do our best to send exactly what you booked. Every once in a while, something happens – mechanical trouble, an accident, whatever – and we need to swap in a different vehicle. When that happens, we try to match or beat what you originally reserved, and your price doesn’t change because of it. We’ll let you know as soon as we can if this comes up.

10. Safety

Our vehicles are licensed and insured the way Georgia requires, and our chauffeurs go through background checks and training before they’re ever behind the wheel for us. Please follow your driver’s instructions – it keeps everyone safer, including you.

11. Limits on Liability

We can’t control traffic, weather, road closures, or other things outside our hands, so we’re not liable for delays caused by that kind of thing. We’re also not responsible for indirect losses – a missed flight or a missed event, for example – unless it happened because of something we did wrong directly. Whatever the situation, our liability won’t go beyond what you actually paid for that ride.

12. Feedback and Reviews

We might reach out after your trip to ask how it went. If we ever want to use your name or photo for marketing, we’ll ask you first – we won’t just do it.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the bottom will tell you when it was last changed. If you keep using our service after an update, that means you’re on board with the new version.

14. Governing Law

These terms follow Georgia state law, and any disputes are handled in Georgia courts.
